Division 17 History Note
Frank Gobes (Rockville) was lieutenant governor during the 1976-77 transitional
year from Division 1 when we were designated Division 1 West. Division 17
became official in 1977. As a courtesy, Past Governor Scott Brewer (1967
PLG in Div 1) is listed here as he actively participates in our discussions.
While no longer in the area, PLG Doug Nemier and PLG Joe Nargolwala are
listed here for the convenience of those who would like their addresses.
