Capital District On-Going Goals

1. Adding new Kiwanians whenever possible in every dynamic club

2. Building new clubs in each region through its divisions

3. Creating better retention rates in our clubs

4. Developing stronger sponsorship of our K-Family

And We Should Strive To:

a. Increase our community service hours

b. 100% support to our Foundations (each club contributes per member for KIF and CDF)

c. 100% on-time division/club reports (so easy to do!!)

d. Demonstrate your commitment by becoming a Distinguished Kiwanian

e. Really "partner" with your sponsored youth LTGs and clubs in community activities

f. Organize divisional Past Lieutenant Governors Associations

g. Develop LTG Fund in each division as one way to attract future leadership

h. Work to improve the look and content of our "Capital Builder"
